The Challenge ⚠️

Our client sells streetwear for men and women internationally. After months of being stuck at a certain revenue range and having a bad experience with their ad buyer, we were approached to help scale their paid media efforts. After weeks of preliminary research/analysis, we went to work!

The Solution ⚒️

We started by leveraging their brand reputation and “cult-like” Instagram following + our network of UGC creators which we used to generate a constant stream of creative content. We did this because we understood the power of content in terms of driving incremental revenue.

We then moved to overhauling and simplifying their ad account structure, making changes to audiences, ads e.t.c. By the time we took over their ad account, they didn’t have a well-thought-out ad account structure to organize their ads in terms of the customer journey, budget, audience, bid strategy e.t.c.

We then started rapidly testing new creative assets in the ad account. Underperformers were killed quickly and top performers were scaled. Within the first month alone, we tested over 65+ ad variations and found a good number of top performers that were constantly iterated upon while also coming up with new ideas. 

We used (and still use) Motion to analyze creative performance, which helped us scale faster.

FAQs

  • We are a tight team that focuses more on quality than trying to scale too fast or working with too many clients; as such we take our client work very seriously. If we’re not able to assist you for whatever reason, we’re more than happy to refer you to capable hands!

  • Account servicing begins immediately after signing (within 2 days at most, provided we’ve gotten necessary access/assets) - which means we’ll start doing everything necessary to minimize dips in performance.

  • Regardless of spend, we’re inside ad accounts daily! Not necessarily making big changes, but monitoring things and giving you feedback regularly.

    Depending on performance, we typically make changes on the adsets/ads every 3-5 days.

  • Right now, we’re only provide paid media, creative strategy and UGC ads services.

    However, our founders have been in digital marketing for years and have extensive knowledge of what businesses need in order to grow; so we’d be happy to help you figure out other parts of your business. If we can’t help, we’ll be happy to refer you to capable hands within our network!
